- Leadership & Team Development: Oversee the cross-functional engineering team, including mechanical engineers, drafters, and software specialists.
- Supplier Collaboration: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and address any supplier-related challenges.
- Product Support: Provide engineering support for existing products, including troubleshooting, redesigns, and quality control.
- Product Ideation & Innovation: Contribute to the development of new product concepts, drawing on customer needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the engineering team in identifying opportunities for innovation and next-generation product development.
- Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and address any supplier-related challenges.
- Providing engineering support for existing products, including troubleshooting, redesigns, and quality control.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of assembly and supplier management; experience in quality control and supplier qualification is a plus.
- CAD experience required, with the ability to support design efforts and guide the team in technical projects.
