We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Technician to join our team!
Job Summary :
The Quality Control Technician plays a vital role in ensuring that all Mastercool products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Working closely with the engineering team, this position involves hands-on inspection, measurement, and troubleshooting to uphold compliance and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support product development.
Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect and sample incoming parts and products using measurement devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform in-process and final inspections for Finished Goods to verify visual, dimensional, and functional requirements.
- Identify and document non-conformities during inspections and initiate corrective action processes.
- Collaborate directly with the engineering team to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
- Communicate with Global suppliers to resolve quality issues with materials or components.
- Assist in root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve non-conformities and customer complaints.
- Maintain and update quality records, including inspection reports, calibration logs, and test results.
- Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures for new product introductions.
- Provide feedback to internal departments to continuously improve product quality and processes.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards and participate in audits as required.
