POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical/Customer Service Representative, who will play a vital role in providing top-tier service and support to our valued customers.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Phone-Based Customer Support: Providing friendly and professional customer support via phone calls. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and assisting in the repair of tools.
- Computer Knowledge: Using computer systems and software to access customer information, troubleshoot technical problems, and document interactions.
- Mechanical Skills: Understanding basic mechanical knowledge to assist customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting. This may include guiding customers through simple repairs or maintenance tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical and customer service skills
- Knowledge of computer systems and software
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
