POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will act as the people and culture consultant for a multi-region client group within MasterCorp. This role will closely partner with regional leadership teams and various key business stakeholders to ensure culture, engagement, and talent management aligns with MasterCorp’s values, guiding principles, and organizational objectives. This position will act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance, advice, and support on all HR matters relating to policies, employee relations, HR and Company initiatives, employee development, performance management, and compensation. This position will help support our West Division, and ideally be based in the Las Vegas, NV Market. You will report to our HR Director. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Demonstrates and maintains knowledge/leadership in the HR function that includes ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws as well as leading the implementation efforts for all HR initiatives.
- Responsible for acting as a liaison to employee benefits administration including unemployment, leave management and worker’s compensation processes.
- Conducts employee interviews and assist in facilitating investigations.
- Leads performance management processes by partnering with business leaders to implement best practices that improve organizational performance.
- Further the competency development of employees by providing career planning resources such as career-path planning, targeted learning strategies and developmental assignments that prepare individuals to achieve their maximum potential.
- Acts as liaison to completion of required training to ensure compliance with all safety and employment laws.
- Acts as the ambassador of culture, consistently defining ways to identify and reinforce the behaviors that exemplify organization values. Strive to advance people and implement organizational strategies to promote employee engagement.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- BA or BS degree or the equivalent of a combination of education and relevant work experience, ideally supporting Hospitality or Healthcare in a high volume/growth organization
- 4 years supporting in an HR generalist or leadership capacity with a proven result in delivering HR strategy and initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team skills, ability to communicate well with individuals, and in group settings, ability to communicate with a diverse population and people from various backgrounds.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a requirement for this position
- Certifications in HR (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-PC, or SHRM-SPC) are highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- This role will be based in the field in a specific geographical area.
- Ability to travel as needed 10%-30%.

The salary range provided for this position is $94,800.00 - $118,475.00, and will be based on a variance of considerations such as skills, qualifications and experience.
