Position Overview
As a Floor Care Technician, you will be responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the floor and carpet care of commercial properties. You will play a vital role in delivering high standards of cleanliness and maintenance while embodying our company mission and values.
Essential Functions
- Maintain a high standard of excellence in all tasks.
- Accurately complete timesheets per job site.
- Dust mop or sweep hard surface floors.
- Buff and scrub floors; apply and strip wax.
- Perform carpet extraction and shampooing.
- Report maintenance issues and any damaged, dirty, or stained carpets.
- Ensure safety at each site and office environment.
- Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Manage time effectively on the job.
Experience and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or a combination of education and experience is required. Previous floor technician experience is a plus. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to various work schedules.
