Job Title: Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector. This role is responsible for overseeing the cleaning personnel and ensuring that units are being cleaned effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
- Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
- Assist in the training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
- Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A desire to help others.
- Rare travel required.
