We’re looking for experienced, results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our high-performing Setter team and engage warm prospects interested in our business coaching programs.
This is not an entry-level sales role —we’re seeking candidates with outbound sales experience who can own conversations, drive urgency, and set high-quality sales opportunities for our Closer team. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

1 year of outbound sales experience (SDR, appointment setter, or similar role)
Proven ability to hit or exceed sales KPIs (100 dials per day, booked appointments, conversion rates)
Confident, high-energy communicator who can quickly build rapport and guide conversations toward the next step
Competitive and results-driven, thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment
Tech-savvy with CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Flexible schedule, including some evenings / weekends as needed to engage leads at peak times
