🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the first step in the sales process: Make 110-130 outbound dials daily to warm inbound leads
- Have strategic, consultative conversations—not scripted pitches—to qualify and challenge prospects
- Identify real buying signals, dig deep into needs, and drive urgency to book strong appointments for Closers
- Track performance and maintain strategic follow-ups with engaged prospects
- Collaborate with Closers & Sales Leadership to refine your approach and increase conversions

- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or similar role)
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead, challenge, and persuade on the phone
- Understand how to qualify buyers based on needs, financial ability, and urgency
- Competitive, process-driven, and thrives in a high-activity sales environment
- Phoenix-based and ready to be part of an in-office, high-performance team
- Bonus if you have closing experience or have sold in a high-ticket environment
