Role Overview:
As a Strategic Data Analyst, you’ll work on projects that influence key decisions across marketing, product development, finance, sales, and beyond. This isn’t a typical entry-level analyst role—you’ll be actively contributing to high-impact projects and learning directly from seasoned professionals.
This position is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be involved in the core drivers of the business. You’ll also get exposure to analytics in collaboration with industry leaders like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Support: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Help create and maintain key reports and dashboards.
- Experimentation: Support A/B testing initiatives and data-driven experiments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with tools, trends, and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. (Self-taught data analysts welcome if able to demonstrate strong skills.)
- Technical Skills: Experience with SQL or Python (via coursework, internships, or personal projects) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to dig into data.
- Strong Communication: Able to clearly present findings and work effectively with others.
- Initiative: Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to take ownership of your work.
