Store Manager

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership qualities, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Sandy Springs, GA team. You will manage a team of approximately 12-18 employees and be responsible for providing an inviting and entertaining atmosphere for our customers as well as maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment and culture for your staff. Our dual-focus is on providing top-notch customer service to each and every guest while constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve in all aspects of the business through metrics measurement, goal setting, and continuous learning and growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned or working towards a 2-year associates degree in a related field
• 2 years customer service experience
• 2 years management experience
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Computer skills and social media experience (Microsoft, etc.)
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and initiative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff and leadership team
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through 5-star customer service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on trends, customer needs, sales, etc.
• Conduct personnel performance reviews/appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Handle all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Be a shining example of enthusiastic behavior and high performance
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Provide guest relations to individuals and groups through hosting games, taking reservations, etc.
• Maintain/order adequate inventory (i.e., supplies, merchandise, etc.)
• General maintenance/repair of props as needed
• Recruit, hire, train, and maintain work schedules for staff
• Other duties as assigned by senior leadership
• Paid travel (as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
