Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Operations Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of our Email and SMS marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of database marketing, campaign management, and marketing operations tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a passion for building systems, driving performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Email and SMS Marketing Campaigns:
  • Execute and manage high-performing email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot and SlickText.
  • Draft, schedule, edit, proof, test, and deploy weekly communications to ensure flawless execution and accuracy.
  • Build and segment targeted audience lists for personalized outreach.
• Database Management:
  • Maintain and optimize the marketing database, ensuring segmentation aligns with campaign objectives and audience insights.
  • Import and organize external lists, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and recommend strategies to improve deliverability and engagement.
  • Regularly assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
• Ownership of Processes:
  • Oversee weekly campaign preparation, ensuring all communications are aligned, proofed, and delivered to the correct audiences on time.
  • Collaborate with internal copywriters to coordinate content for email and SMS campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain weekly campaign documentation in Google Docs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines and deliverables.
• Marketing Technology Expertise:
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, SlickText, Zapier, ClickFunnels, and Airtable to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing operations through better use of technology and integrations.
• Strategic Collaboration:
  • Partner with the creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging best practices to continually refine email and SMS strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience:
  • 2 years in marketing operations, with a focus on email and SMS marketing for large databases (1M contacts preferred).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and SlickText is required; experience with tools like Zapier, ClickFunnels, and Airtable is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign building, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to execute and measure performance across multiple marketing platforms.
• Organizational Skills:
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
