Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Trainer
- Develop and deliver hands-on training programs for second-shift manufacturing employees.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, emphasizing safety, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos in both English and Spanish.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training plans.
HR Assistant
- Assist with second-shift HR support, including employee relations, attendance tracking, and policy communication.
- Help maintain accurate employee records and support data entry for payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Coordinate with management to address second-shift HR needs, including conflict resolution and compliance.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Translate HR documents and communications to ensure accessibility for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in manufacturing training or human resources, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on a second-shift schedule.
- Familiarity with HR systems, payroll software, or timekeeping tools (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and OSHA compliance is preferred.
