This position will oversee and manage our facility’s maintenance operations and ensure all systems are running efficiently. Salary Range: $68,300.00 To $108,500.00 Annually (based upon experience)

Examples of duties:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure timely repair and upkeep of all industrial equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the maintenance team.
- Oversee contractor services for major repairs or installations.
- Oversee and optimize automated production systems, including PLCs, robotics, and other control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze data from automated systems to improve equipment performance and identify potential failures.
- Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and inventory for parts and equipment, including automated machinery.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC systems, and automation technologies (robotics, HMIs, etc.).
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and automation monitoring tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize both manual and automated maintenance processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to industrial and automated systems maintenance.
