Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Assist in managing customer accounts, quotes, and inquiries.
Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, and purchase orders.
Maintain contact with customers through phone, email, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
