Entry Level Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth. This role involves engaging with potential clients, conducting sales calls, and managing outside sales efforts to promote our products and services effectively. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. Must have reliable transportation, be willing to submit to backround check, have clean drivers license.

Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct calls to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market penetration and sales tactics.
- Utilize strong math skills to analyze market trends and sales data for informed decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automotive sales trends and dealership practices to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership environment.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and outside sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for achieving targets and driving business success through effective sales techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
