Job Description:
Masters is seeking an energetic individual to work full-time as a Front End Loader Operator at our Tunkhannock location. The successful applicant will work as part of the existing team performing a variety of skilled tasks working with aggregates used in the production of ready mixed concrete, maintenance, repair and service of front end loaders and other wheeled equipment while keeping a clean and safe work environment. The candidate must work well independently and with teams, while providing excellent, respectful customer service in a safe, professional manner that aligns with Masters core values.
Job Type: Full-Time; Wage based on experience, average 45-50 hours/week.
Skills/Experience Desired:
- Front End Loader experience
- Skid Steer experience and/or Forklift Certification.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Work an average of 45 hours per week.
- Applicants must be a minimum 18 years of age.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment and provide routine preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all work is done with a safety-first attitude.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge and ability and desire to learn all aspects of aggregates.
- Understand the importance of following directions on the loading and observation of raw materials.
- The ability to work as a team player to achieve desired business results.
- Organized, detail oriented and able to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
- Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions such as heat, cold, wind, rain, and dust.
