As a 3rd Shift Internal Raw Material Grading Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of incoming cheese shipments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Inspecting and grading all incoming cheese received at our production facility
* Troubleshooting cheese performance issues in production
* Monitoring laboratory quality, analytical testing, microbiological testing, environmental testing, and coordinating laboratory paperwork
* Maintaining complete grading and quality records
* Collaborating with management, production, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
