Training Coordinator
Monday - Friday
10:00PM to 6:00AM (with the ability to flex as needed)
As the Training Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the facilitation of production meetings and training events, assisting with training documentation management, and coordination of trainees for development.
- Provide continuous support to the Training Department.
- Utilize Learning Management Software to assist in streamlining standardized training practices.
- Work closely with the Training Program Manager and Training Department staff to ensure all digital media components are integrated with production training programs.
- Assist in creating procedures and schedules for initial and follow-up training sessions to achieve successful training results and documentation.
- Provide in-classroom training support in one-on-one, small, and large group settings to demonstrate and train on essential production job functions.
- Assist in mapping out training development plans for new hires and additional positions to achieve proficiency and understanding for safety, quality, and production-based functions.
- Assess training effectiveness, determine the impact of training events, and gather feedback from trainers and trainees.
- Assist with communicating pay codes and punch-clock procedures and help supervision monitor all production employees.
- Process and complete appropriate training documentation for production employees.
- Perform training documentation audits and communicate to supervision additional needs for employees.
- Assist in working with operations to communicate new procedures to production employees.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Training Program Manager or the Vice President -Human Resources.
What You Can Offer

High school diploma with secondary education or experience in supervisory management, training, or a related field.

Experience working in a manufacturing setting preferably in a leadership or training role.
- Must have excellent technical skills.
- Understanding/knowledge of high-speed packaging and production labeling equipment and various interrelated job functions.
- Knowledge of technical writing for documentation of processes and standard work.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as lead and facilitate groups.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to training and development needs.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and learn additional software essential for training.
- Ability to be flexible and work occasional weekend hours as needed.
