Weekend AM Warehouse Lead
(Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for scheduling inbound and/or outbound shipping and receiving dock appointments which will most efficiently coincide with finished goods availability, preparing orders for shipping, receiving incoming product, and coordinating activities of warehouse personnel. As you grow in this position with Masters Gallery Foods, you will receive a wage increase at both 90 days and one year.
### Key Responsibilities
- Experience working in a warehouse setting with experience in a progressively responsible role preferred.
- Ability to work off-shift hours and additional hours as needed.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Excellent knowledge of all warehouse, shipping and receiving operations to help maximize efficiencies.
- Excellent knowledge of the supply chain process to include the chain between bulk/resale product, production, shipping, and the end user.
- Ability to operate a yard truck.
- Ability to learn to safely and successfully operate a forklift.
- Ability to charge and change forklift batteries and sanitize forklift.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and warehouse processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team and professionally communicate with all warehouse and supervisory personnel.
- Ability to accurately utilize different types of computer programs and operate RF scanning and data collection systems.
### Working Conditions
Continual operation of powered industrial trucks, including stand up forklift.
Occasional walking, pushing, pulling on concrete floors.
Employees are required to wear proper personal protective equipment which includes but is not limited to safety glasses and safety-toed shoes.
