Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary: The Billing Administrator is responsible for creating and sending invoices, tracking payment processes, keeping meticulous records, and resolving any discrepancies. Responsibilities include being able to handle client complaints and follow up on any issues relating to the GSA billing process. The GSA Administrator should be able to multitask without compromising the accuracy of their work, have a strong numerical aptitude and excellent customer service skills.
Essential Functions:
- Monitoring and processing GSA billing and collections operations.
- Coordinating with the GSA and other departments as needed to ensure the accuracy of the billing information.
- Corresponding with GSA clients to answer questions and resolve any issues.
- Preparing and sending invoices through accounting and GSA software
- Maintaining and updating records.
- Creating and managing client accounts.
- Following up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Preparing and coordinating data required for GSA audits and reporting.

Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role
Preferred Education/Experience/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Government Accounting
