Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional phone etiquette, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, adhering to proper phone etiquette standards.
- Follow scripts or templates to respond to customer inquiries verbally and/or in writing.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Provide product or service information, assist with order processing, and address billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have an open-minded and positive response to suggestions made by Leads and Supervisors.
