What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiberglass Drill Operator- 3rd Shift position at Masterson Staffing Solutions?
Masterson Staffing has partnered with a valued client in Chatfield, MN. We are looking for a reliable drill operator on 3rd shift- but willing to train on 1st Shift (7AM-3PM)
Shift: 3rd shift- 11PM-7AM Sunday-Thursday
Wage: $19.00/hr
Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, 401K
-Duties:
- Set up and operate the drill.
- Set up and operate the notcher.
- Follow prints and orders from Production Control to determine the type of product needed and how it is to be prepared (cut to length, position of holes to be drilled, etc.) before passing on to GFL, Fabrication or Shipping.
- Know how to do quality checks on drilled bars.
- Compile data as trained to assist in quality control and scrap management.
- Work overtime as business needs required
- Skills:
- Experience in drilling operations is a plus
- Familiarity with machine operation procedures and protocols
- Knowledge of drilling techniques for specialized projects
