Masterson Staffing Solutions has partnered with a valued client in Chatfield, MN. We are looking for reliable Pultrusion Operators for 3rd shift positions!
3rd shift- 11PM-7AM $19.00/hr

Must have relevant experience.
General Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Resin mixing and batch mixing
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position requires that the employee be able to work effectively in a work environment involving:
- Manufacturing plant
- Exposure to noise and dust
-Fiberglass exposure
-Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing
-Some lifting up to 50 pounds
