Job Description

Compensation :

  • 32.00 - $37.00 / hour

Shift :

  • Day shift, Monday to Friday  with ample overtime occasional on-call.

    • MasterTech is on the search for qualified Field Service Technicians based out of Kennesaw, requiring extensive travel to customer locations.

    Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational.

    Detail-oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.

    Key Qualifications :

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and / or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
  • Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

    • Excellent customer service skills and communication.

  • Previous experience using oscilloscopes, drills, taps, etc.
  • Soldering experience a plus.
  • Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.

    Previous Corrugated Machine Experience Industrial Electrical troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair experience Frequent travel Attention to detail
