What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Monitoring Operator position at MasterTech?
MasterTech is looking for 2 part-time Security Monitoring Operator!
The Operator works under minimal or no supervision to answer and dispatch all received calls, alarms, and emergency situations in a timely manner.
Skills We Look For:
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
This would be a great opportunity for college students – after a minimum of 1 month of employment, any downtime during your shift may be used to complete schoolwork!
Please note that ‘downtime’ is not guaranteed, as the nature of work varies from day to day.
Pay is $16 per hour
