Client Service Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our trusted financial planning team.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with questions, account requests, and paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and custodians, ensuring smooth processes and advocating for client needs.
- Provide firm-wide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications & Must Haves:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer service in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with investment and retirement account terminology.
- In-depth knowledge of individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and their differences from other types of accounts.
- Understanding of Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and their impact on client portfolios.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and spreadsheet creation.
