- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the firm, fostering a productive work environment.
Qualifications & Must-Haves:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer service within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with investment and retirement account terminology, including the distinction between IRAs and Roth IRAs.
- In-depth knowledge of RMDs, including their meaning and purpose.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and spreadsheet creation.
