About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Restaurant Leader to join our team at Mastro's Restaurants. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and minimizing costs while maintaining a professional restaurant image.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency
- Manage financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, uniformity, and appearance throughout the restaurant
- Provide exceptional guest service, investigating and responding to complaints to turn dissatisfied guests into return customers
- Direct employees on operations and procedural issues, providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews
Requirements
- At least 3 years General Manager experience in an upscale/fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations, including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead by example
