The successful candidate will be responsible for physically inspecting tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers grown in our greenhouse farms. This involves maintaining product quality standards that meet Mastronardi Specifications.

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old. You should have related work experience in food production and previous warehouse experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Inspect products for quality and damage.
- Maintain product quality standards.
- Assist in packaging and washing setup as needed.
- Promptly stack and rebuild product pallets/boxes.
- Identify and escalate any pallets that do not meet Mastronardi Specifications.
- Report and assist team members and supervisors with any issues observed on the assigned department.
