Primary Function:
Assigns work schedules, trains associates in warehouse processes and monitor’s associates’ progress.

- Perform the duties of a position being lead.
- Conduct training for new associates.
- Maintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.
- Review documents prepared by associates of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
- Monitor and direct performance of associates within the work group.
- Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
- Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Education/Background Requirements:
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of related work experience required.

- Good leadership, written and verbal communication skills.
