Our Customer Success Representatives need to be caring, dedicated, and passionate about their work. Our company provides essential medical equipment to people in need.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive inbound phone calls from customers in a timely manner via desk phone, company cell phone, and email.
- Generate equipment orders (including deliveries, pickups, and services) based on customer information using the inventory and customer database.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff.
- Dispatch orders to field technicians using the inventory database and vehicle tracking technology.
- Communicate with field technicians and operations management regarding orders.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for evening and weekend service.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including active listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with customers and employees.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in multitasking
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Able to type minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Skillful with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as inventory software.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience (retail and/or call center experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with various types of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred
- DME inventory system experience is a plus (Bonafide, Brightree, etc.)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
