Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical team in a skilled care nursing home. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing nursing operations to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on clinical programs
- Complete MDS and develop clinical programs
- Support admissions and participate in care planning
- Assist with staff recruitment and performance reviews
- Supervise infection control measures
Requirements:
Required: Current Wisconsin RN license and 2 years of nurse manager experience.
