Dialysis Care Leadership Role:
MasVida Health Care Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to fill the role of Dialysis Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with DCI policies and treatment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure effective patient care delivery
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Collaborate with care teams on patient initiatives
- Ensure compliance with DCI policies and treatment standards
- Manage nursing and technical staff supervision
Requirements:
- Accredited nursing degree
- Six months' dialysis experience
- Current LA Registered Nurse license
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
