Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA - Care Coordination

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a new care coordination program focused on seniors. This role allows you to practice at the top of your license while engaging in care coordination tasks. Responsibilities include providing therapy services, conducting wellness visits, and supporting patient care.
