Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) FT/M-F 11p-7a or 3p-11p

Responsibilities

We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates through 3/31/25. We seek a dedicated LPN for the 11p-7a shift to provide high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Direct patient care under supervision
• Administering medications and treatments
• Assisting with physical exams and routine procedures
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress
• Maintaining accurate medical records
  
  

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
• Knowledge of dementia care principles
