Job Summary
Under the supervision of our Behavioral Health Director, we seek a Licensed Clinician to deliver comprehensive care services in an integrated setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with primary healthcare providers to identify and address psychiatric disorders and psychological concerns within their scope of practice.
- Refer patients to longer-term behavioral health services as needed.
- Deliver care to individuals with severe emotional disturbance or serious mental illness, as required.
Requirements
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Alaska.
- At least two years of experience providing direct counseling services.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment
Our clinic is located on a nonsmoking campus with a comfortable, well-lit, and ventilated environment. The job has a low risk for hazard exposure.
Physical Demands
The role requires sitting, standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and driving. Manual dexterity is necessary for operating standard office equipment. Normal hearing range, ability to speak, and vision acuity are also required.
