Direct Support Professional- JBER Job Coach

As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to :
- Care for of the health and safety of MSSCA individuals we serve.
- Help expand the freedom and independence of individuals while developing lasting relationships with community employers
- Travel from Wasilla to JBER to provided needed support for individuals employment activities in agency vehicle
- Become a frontline journalist documenting individuals personal growth
- Help and support individuals as they navigate their job tasks and interact with the community
- Be a mentor, friend, and cheering advocate
- Help employers understand the value of Individuals with disabilities in the workplace
Hours of Work : Part-time depending on scheduled hours. Available shifts : Saturday & Sunday 12 : 30pm-9 : 30pm. Opportunity to pick up extra hours doing DSP work during weekdays, possible backup coverage shifts on weekdays occasional Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
