The Business Development Representative will support the Commercial team in the Permian Basin with high focus in the Delaware Basin asset area with the discovery and evaluation of potential new oil, gas, and water prospects, economic evaluations of new pipeline investments and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities
- Help identify and manage new transactions in support of the business development team and managers.
- External customer facing role – developing industry relationships to help manage business and identify new opportunities.
- Attend customer meetings and assist in negotiations of new commercial contracts.
- Run economic models for various midstream projects.
- Maintain contact with existing customers to monitor drilling plans and production forecasts.
- Understanding of crude oil, and gas production forecasts, market demand, pipeline connections, flows, and utilization.
- Assist in commercial proposal preparation.
- Various other special projects to help grow the business and improve processes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills required
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
- Self-starter that can handle a fast-paced environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
