Job Description
Operational support current produced water-gathering system, including pipelines, facilities, and injection wells. Engineer, design, and implement small to large capital projects on produced water-gathering system by evaluating current system limits against future transportation/ injection requirements.

Qualifications
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot operational issues on a produced water gathering system, including pipeline, facilities, and injection wells.

Engineer and design water infrastructure projects (pipelines and facilities) that maximize operating flexibility and system capacity. Interface with multiple groups including Land, Construction, Operations, Environmental, Regulatory, Drilling, and Completions.

Work with management on developing yearly capital and operational budgets.

Manage small to large capital projects on produced water system.

Create, track, and reduce operational expense budgets for produced water system.

Evaluate and mitigate risks on produced water system.

Evaluate and/or implement new technologies on produced water system.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Pipeline simulation experience preferred.

Project management experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.

Self-starter that can handle a fast-paced environment.
