Matanato Home Services is looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician (Independent Contractor) to handle service calls from home warranty companies. This is a contract-based opportunity, not an employment position. We provide a steady flow of jobs, and you complete the work independently while receiving competitive payouts.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more.
- Handle warranty service calls and ensure repairs meet manufacturer and warranty standards.
- Communicate with customers professionally and provide excellent service.
- Accurately report completed jobs for payment processing.
- Ensure all work is done safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appliance repair (residential).
- Must have own vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Clear background check required.
- Own necessary tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Payment Terms:
- 60% of the total job payment goes to the technician.
- Payments are processed 15 days after job completion.
