The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced middle school and high school teachers in all grades and subjects for the upcoming academic year. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.
You will be responsible for preparing and delivering classroom instruction, upholding high academic and behavioral expectations for students, communicating regularly with families, participating in coaching and professional development programming, and assisting with school programming as needed.
Serving as a positive and collaborative member of our community, you will help shape the future of education and contribute to our mission of preparing students for success in college and careers.
Salary and Benefits
As an experienced teacher, you can expect a competitive salary range determined by your prior years of full-time teaching experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan repayment assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of full-time experience as a classroom or special education teacher, preferably in an urban education setting;
- A valid and appropriate educator license issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, or obtain the licensure within a year of date of hire;
- A proven track record of student success and achievement;
- An ability to work well on a team and support others in doing their best work;
- A willingness to continually improve your practice as a teacher by taking and implementing feedback.
