YOUR ROLE AT MATCH EYEWEAR
- Daily Account Management – Visit 10-15 independent eyecare professionals per day to manage and grow existing business.
- New Business Development – Cold call and re-engage inactive accounts.
- Sales Presentations – Build rapport and close deals in a single meeting.
- Strategic Follow-Ups – Stay connected with your clients through email, phone, and in-person visits.
- Residual Income Growth – Earn ongoing commissions from your client base.
- Market Expertise – Utilize our established CRM and industry insights to maximize sales.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO EARN?
Year 1: Solid Base Commission: $70,000 – $80,000 OTE
Year 2 : Significant growth potential with no cap on earnings
