What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Match Group?
Know where you belong.
We pioneered the online dating industry as Match.com in 1995. Even though we’ve dropped the “.com”, Match is still bringing millions of singles together to find love. Creating a sense of belonging doesn’t stop at our products - it’s the foundation of every team we hire.
As an integral member of Match Group’s highly visible Finance organization, the Finance Manager will play a key role in managing firm-wide initiatives that drive growth. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights to support company-wide objectives.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 2 days/week.

- Deliver performance insights by preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and business trends
- Proactively solve financial challenges by approaching issues from multiple angles, identifying innovative solutions, and collaborating across teams to implement improvements
