We’re looking for a talented Visual Designer with strong UI and motion design skills to join our team. In this role, you will craft forward-thinking, engaging user interfaces for consumer-facing applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and marketing to create unique and engaging digital experiences that set new industry standards.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas, LA, or NYC office 2 days / week.
How you'll make an impact :
- You will develop motion-driven UI elements, micro-interactions, and transitions that enhance user engagement.
- You will collaborate with product and the design team to conceptualize and prototype new interaction models and animations.
- You will push the boundaries of design by exploring innovative layouts, visual hierarchies, and storytelling through UI.
- You will work closely with developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of designs.
- You will stay ahead of industry trends in UI and motion design, experimenting with new tools and techniques.
