Automation Manufacturing Engineer New product Introduction (Might have to travel to UK in 2025)
Lead manufacturing engineering activities related to new equipment installation and validation
Coordinate with equipment vendor to witness and understand the processes involved
Understand the process, automation and components used in the build of the equipment
Get trained on the equipment operations and understand control parameters
Support Process characterization activities for critical to quality parameters
Communication with equipment vendors on detailed tasks and deliverables
Prepare documentations for FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ runs
Participate and support in FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ runs
Complete documentation and release them for approval
Ensure equipment installation and validation is complete as per company quality systems
Support production team on trainings and other supports during production ramp up
5-8 years of experience in the relevant process environment
Medical device experience is required
Good communication skills
Pay Rate : 50 / Hr
