Job Summary : Business Analyst
Cupertino, CA
Rate : $70- 75 / hr ( DOE)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Automation Anywhere and preferably experience working in a Mac OS environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of RPA solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities using Automation Anywhere .
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for RPA projects.
Work closely with RPA developers and project managers to ensure smooth implementation.
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders and process owners.
Develop process design documents (PDDs) and support solution design.
Assist in testing and validating automation solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and automation strategies.
Support change management efforts, ensuring user adoption and training where necessary.
Work in a Mac OS environment as needed, ensuring compatibility with automation solutions.
Maintain project documentation and provide reports on automation performance and ROI.
Required Qualifications :
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation projects.
Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and understanding of RPA processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to document complex workflows.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with Mac OS environments and ability to work with automation solutions on Mac systems.
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Experience with cloud-based automation solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
RPA certifications in Automation Anywhere are a plus.
