What You'll Do
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to drive AI adoption, enablement, and integration across multiple domains. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset who can foster an AI-driven culture, develop impactful metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a humble learner, and experienced in managing versatile programs across different business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Adoption & Enablement Program : Lead initiatives to integrate AI across business units, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable impact.
- AI Champion Program : Build and support a network of AI advocates within the organization to drive education, awareness, and best practices.
- Metrics & Gen AI Dashboard : Develop and implement key performance indicators and dashboards to track AI adoption, performance, and business value.
- Value Chains with AI : Identify and optimize AI opportunities within business value chains to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Content & Knowledge Management : Work closely with tech writers to develop high-quality AI-related assets, documentation, and scalable knowledge-sharing frameworks.
- Cross-Domain Collaboration : Navigate and drive AI programs across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with diverse business needs and strategic goals.
- Self-Starter & Humble Learner : Proactively identify new opportunities, stay curious, and continuously learn from stakeholders and industry trends to refine AI strategies.
