Job Description :
- This opportunity will suit a motivated Business Process Consultant with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow
- Conduct indepth analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities during ServiceNow implementation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation particularly in IT Service Management
- Design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that optimize operational efficiency and align with business objectives.
- Lead the development of process documentation including process maps and standard operating procedures ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis with a focus on IT service management and ITOM systems preferably including experience with ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated ability in leading business process reengineering and optimization projects with a track record of delivering tangible improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for a diverse audience ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in integrating various IT systems and platforms for streamlined operations.
- Preferred : ITIL v3 certification
