Solution Architect

Cupertino, CA

USD 120-130 / hr DOE

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Automation Anywhere and preferably experience working in a Mac OS environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation-driven efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and architect RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Assess business processes and identify automation opportunities, providing strategic recommendations.

Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.

Optimize and troubleshoot automation workflows, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Provide technical guidance to RPA developers and support teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Integrate Automation Anywhere with other enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms.

Ensure automation solutions function effectively in Mac OS environments, addressing compatibility challenges.

Maintain up-to-date documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA, AI / ML, and cognitive automation.

Required Qualifications :

5 years of experience in RPA solution architecture with expertise in Automation Anywhere.

Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, best practices, and governance models.

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade automation solutions.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.

Experience with API integrations, RESTful services, and database management (SQL, NoSQL).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize automation workflows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with Mac OS environments and ensuring automation compatibility.

Knowledge of AI / ML, OCR, and cognitive automation technologies.

Certifications in Automation Anywhere (e.g., Advanced RPA Professional Certification).

Experience with cloud-based automation solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
