What You'll do:
- Partner with early-stage startups to help them build out their GTM and founding teams
- Source, engage, and place mission-aligned candidates in high-growth companies
- Work independently while being part of a community of expert recruiters
- Earn per placement—no rigid commission structures, no unrealistic KPIs
What We're Looking for:
- Proven experience in hiring for startups, scale-ups, or fast-growing businesses
- Deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, etc.) and founding hires (Ops, Product, Engineering)
- Strong sourcing skills and an established network of startup talent
- A consultative approach—you care about placing the right people in the right roles
- Ability to work flexibly and take on placements that match your expertise

Qualifications
- 3 years of Recruitment & Selection, Candidate Sourcing, and Relationship Building skills
- Experience in managing the full recruitment process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of startup culture and industry trends
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
